STOP YOUR SKIN HURTING!

In the 2 years that it took to develop the Active Skin range we have spoken to hundreds of armchair athletes, weekend warriors and serious contenders - and the most common complaint people had after undertaking sport or exercise was that their skin hurt!  Honestly, it was the same whether someone was starting out on a 0-5K training plan or if they were a professional competitor.

It also became clear that the majority of people didn't always know how to prepare and protect their skin for exercise or they simply didn't factor this into their preparation and routine.  They would spend a lot of time thinking about what they were going to wear, what tools and gadgets they needed for for the equipment they were going to be using, and even how they were going to record their training and results but not their skin.

While testing the range one review really stuck in our minds. A long distance walker messaged us on day 3 of a 110K walk and was testing the Nether Regions Chamois Cream. He was worried the cream wasn't working for him as his walk didn't feel the same as normal - but it was only then he realised that the thing missing was the pain - he had got so used to expecting it that it had become part of the experience!

The reality is your skin is your biggest organ and is your first line of defence - actively protecting and conditioning it means it won't let you down when you push yourself to your limit - whatever that might be!
