In normal circumstances we will despatch goods within 2 days of an order being placed, if not sooner.
Premium Delivery is sent as a next day delivery.
Standard Delivery is sent as as a 2-3 days service.
Orders placed after 2pm will be added to orders the following day and despatch times reflect this.
Although we do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, issues can arise with postal services. If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please do let us know so we can escalate this and do our best to resolve.
We have a no quibble 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
